Breakfast (back to the Oatmeal and berries habit)
Watched Wendell from 8:30-1:30 (what a fun kid)
Washed and dried three loads of laundry (they are now sitting in front of me waiting to be folded)
Started a shutterfly book because I can get one free if I finish it tonight (laundry or shutterfly...?)
Watched my baby boy take a step without any assistance
Made taco soup for supper (so easy, so good)
Cleaned kitchen
Dusted
Vacuumed livingroom
Swept/mopped kitchen and dining room
Completed two more GCN training modules for my class Wednesday morning 
 
 
Taco Soup

Taco Soup 

Ingredients: 
1 lb burger (use turkey burger if you're going for healthy)
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can black beans (or other; can use 2 if you don't do meat)
2 cans corn
2 cans diced tomato
cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips optional

Directions: 
Brown hamburger. Drain fat. Add taco seasoning (just dry, no need for water). 
Add corn, tomato, and beans. Don't strain them, just open the can and dump. 
Heat until warm and let simmer until you're ready to eat. 
Serve alone or with tortilla chips.Ingredients:
